How to Book

1. Select the ‘Book online’ button.
2. Fill out the online form including your contact details, passenger  information, pick-up and drop-off addresses and any instructions for the driver.
3. Select ‘Book’ to complete the booking.
4. A notification regarding your reservation will be sent to your registered email.

1. If you’re unable to book online, you can book over the phone on 050-0000-0000
2. Bookings are accepted subject to availability.
3. You can change or cancel an existing booking online, or over the phone.
4. There are no booking fees when booking.
5. Passengers will pay the driver at the end of the journey.
6. The booking service is only available from/to Nagano Prefecture.
7. Contact us for trip outside of Nagano Prefecture.
